Rental Agreement By purchasing or submitting any booking on this website, the customer agrees to rent the vehicle from True Drive Rental under the conditions stated herein. The customer must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
Vehicle Condition The customer agrees to return the vehicle in the exact condition it was received. If the vehicle is not returned clean, a cleaning fee will apply. Any damages, beyond normal wear and tear, will be charged to the customer.
Fuel Policy The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when collected. If the vehicle is collected full, it must be returned full. If collected at half, it must be returned half, and so forth. Failure to comply will incur a refueling fee.
Deposit Requirement (Tourists) Tourists are required to pay a $500 deposit prior to vehicle release. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made via credit or debit card. A valid ID must match the payment method.
Late Return Policy Vehicles must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per hour. After a grace period of 2 hours, a full day will be charged.
Insurance & Liability The customer is responsible for any damage or theft during the rental period. Optional insurance packages are available at an additional fee.
Mileage Limit Each rental includes a set daily mileage limit (e.g., 150 miles/day). Additional mileage will incur a fee.
Prohibited Use The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road use. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full rental price.
Amendments True Drive Rental reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers will be informed of any updates during booking confirmation.
Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Jamaica.
